Denai 3 Puteri - Kota Damansara

This place is very suitable for those who are new in hiking or just want to keep fit with friends or families. The place is very clean, straight forward track, and a lot of people hikes here. Most of the people are friendly. You will feel welcoming if coming here.

Coming to this place, you will need to Google Map or Waze either Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Seksyen 10 Kota Damansara, or, Kota Damansara Community Forest Park. If you coming on weekend or public holiday, be prepared that you might have to park quite far from the entrance.

You need to register your name first before going up. Register at the brown building ( Pejabat Pengurusan Taman Eko Rimba Kota Damansara ). Once done, then you are ready to go.

You will see a toilet and an information board after you pass by the brown building. Check out the info before you go. Atleast this will give you a clear idea of how the track would be like.

Depending on which track you choose, the distance is quite varies. As for us, we choose TEMUAN - SAHABAT - UNITY - DENAI TIGA PUTERI - PEAK. Make sure you choose the right track, or else, you will be end up wondering around is circle. The track can be quite confusing, so, just be careful.

The track is straight forward. You will see trail marks or marker on the tree so you can keep tracks. Along the way there will be a seating bench for you to take a rest. Continue your way until you find a big fallen tree trunk with a Denai 3 Puteri signage. Well, this is not the actual peak. Walk further more until you reach the actual peak.

Unlike any other peak, the peak here you will see highway. This is the NKVE highway. We manage to reach the peak after one and a half hours of hiking. This, if you follow our track mention earlier. Or else, the time might be more. Depends on your route chosen, and, your pace.

Overall, this place is suitable for all kinds of people. You can even ride a bike here. There is a track for off-road bikes. A lot of trees here so you won't be too exposed to the sunlight.
