To be honest, I have no idea where this place is. But I do know that it is now far from the main town of Sapa, or, atleast it is nearby our hostel. It is a big building, kinda old architecture, but you can find almost everything here.
Its divided by two section. The one inside the building sells all dry stuff like souvenir, herbs, tshirts, bags, coffee & tea, etc. Where as the other section sells all wet food like grocery, meat, fish, food, etc, at the back of the building ( it's not inside the building that's for sure ).
The price range is quite reasonable, compare to the one outside ( you can find it cheaper here compare to big town like Hanoi or Ho Chin Min ). If you are kind a person that shops, then, you might spend quite a while here. Or else, it is just a place that is worth the visit for short time.
